Abstract:
The case study primarily deals with Victor Motor Company (Victor), a renowned

1980’s. The company, which has been enjoying 70% of the stake in car market in
Australia, started getting numerous complaints from its customers in India and
not many were ready to buy its cars. After assessment, the company’s newly
appointed CEO realised that the cars were not manufactured keeping the Indian
road and climatic conditions in mind. Even the quality standards of the car were
very low which in turn affected the sales of the car. The company implemented
Six-Sigma methodology to improve its quality standards. What remains a question
is will the company be able to achieve all the targets set by the CEO? By
